PTC is the umbrella organization of the 13 Professional Engineering Organizations in the Philippines.  PIChE, being a trustee, fully supports the endeavors and activities of PTC.

PTC is a member of the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations and represents the Philippines at the International Engineering Alliance as Provisional Signatory to the Washington Accord.

PTC established the Certification and Accreditation System for Engineering Education which serves as basis for the accreditation of engineering programs in the Philippines.
