How to Apply for the PIChE ChE Registry

  1. Register at the PIChE ChE Login page and fill in the registration page.  It is highly recommended that you use a gmail account since it comes with a google drive.
  2. Once registered, you will receive an email confirming registration.
  3. Log in at the link provided in your email.
  4. Your standard registration level is “Subscriber” which gives you instant updates on the website.
  5. Browse through the requirements for application according to the Levels of ChE Professional Practice.
  6. Prepare soft copies of the documents required and upload them in your google drive folder preferably named Portfolio.
  7. Once all requirements are uploaded into your google drive, have them checked by your PIChE Chapter Officer who will then send an email endorsing your application to the respective PIChE Area Vice President together with the soft copy of the deposit slip for the non-refundable application fee of P500.00.
  8. Upon receiving the endorsement email from the PIChE Area Vice President, the screening committee will send you email to request access to your portfolio folder for checking of documents.
  9. If documents are satisfactory, you will be recommended by the Screening Committee to the PIChE NBOT for the final approval.
  10. If approved, an email notifying acceptance will be sent to you which will include the schedule of conferment.
  11. Your name will be added at the website once conferred.
  12. Your website user level will then be upgraded to “Content Editor” to enable you to update on your specialization information at the website page.
